Bridge the Wisdom Gap
Between AI Speed and Human Discernment

An 8-week accelerated training for leaders ready to launch a Wisdom & AI Discernment Lab in their organization.

Investment: $3,000 · Bennington, NE · Fridays 1–5 PM · April 17 – June 5

The Problem We're Facing

AI has given the next generation instant access to information, options, and outputs. They can launch projects, make decisions, and ship content faster than ever before.

But speed has quietly created a new problem: many of these decisions are happening without drawing on the wisdom, mastery, and hard-won experience of those who have gone before them.

Smart people. Powerful tools. Shallow discernment.

Wisdom gap illustration

Over-reliance on AI

Younger leaders leaning heavily on AI to answer questions and make recommendations without human validation.

Wisdom Bypassed

Critical decisions being made without consulting people who hold deep subject, leadership, or process mastery.

Underdeveloped Judgment

AI's confidence mistaken for wisdom, with context, perspective, and nuanced discernment missing.

The Solution: WADL

A dedicated space where we bring two worlds together: the speed and power of AI, and the depth and perspective of wise, experienced leaders.

What Happens in a WADL?

1

Name the Real Risks

Examine what happens when AI drives decisions without human wisdom, context, and discernment.

2

Practice Intergenerational Partnership

Learn how younger and emerging leaders can partner with experienced leaders when using AI.

3

Build Decision Guides

Create simple, practical frameworks leaders can use before acting on AI-generated output.

4

Strengthen Discernment Muscle

Develop the ability to discern at every age and stage, so AI becomes a tool—not a substitute for wisdom.

This is not about being anti-AI. It is about being pro-wisdom.
